We take reports of abuse and fraud seriously.
If you believe someone is using TESTBREND for abusive, fraudulent or unlawful activity — or if you have encountered a scam, impersonation or phishing attempt using our name — please let us know. Every report is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team.
What to Report
- Fraudulent schemes, scams or misleading offers referencing TESTBREND.
- Impersonation of our brand, staff or communications (fake emails, sites or profiles).
- Phishing attempts or requests for your credentials, funds or personal data.
- Suspicious account activity, unauthorised access or misuse of the platform.
- Any harassing, threatening or otherwise abusive behaviour.
How to Report
Send an email to abuse@example.com with as much detail as possible. Where you can, please include:
- A clear description of what happened and when.
- Relevant links, email addresses, usernames or transaction references.
- Screenshots or other supporting evidence.
- Your contact details so we can follow up if needed.
What Happens Next
Our team will acknowledge your report and investigate promptly. We may contact you for further information. Where appropriate, we will take corrective action and cooperate with the relevant authorities. Reports can be made in good faith without fear of retaliation.
Urgent or Security Matters
